Steve Sanduski, MBA, CFP®, is an author, speaker, and businessman who has helped build three multimillion dollar businesses. Steve and his wife Linda have three beautiful daughters. He enjoys family and friends, traveling, reading, early morning bike rides, and being anywhere near water and mountains.

Ron Carson, CFP®, CFS, ChFC, is president of Carson Wealth Management Group, a comprehensive wealth planning firm. With over 20 years of experience and more than $1 billion in invested assets, Ron is one of the country's most successful and respected financial advisors. Ron and his wife Jeanie have three wonderful children, and he enjoys golfing, flying, and entertaining family and friends.
